We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead and grow Digible’s technical organization. You will be responsible for all of Engineering — both today’s team and the future teams and leaders we’ll need as we scale. This role is central to shaping the structure, practices, and culture of Engineering at Digible, ensuring strong execution in the present while building for long-term growth and impact.

As a Staff Software Engineer in Mission Management, you will contribute to developing and maintaining optimal, automated autonomous operations for the BlackSky constellation. You will develop and track requirements, schedules, and technical implementation for a wide variety of mission management products.
